New Whistler XTR-695SE Laser-Radar Detector w/Selectable Multi-Band Selectable Display!
The Whistler XTR-695SE is the 2nd edition of the Whistler XTR-695 and whistler has managed to add enhansed KA Band detection making it more sensitive than the original XTR-695. The XTR-695SE Laser-Radar Detector will pick up all radar bands (X, K, KA) as well as all laser radars and has POP mode detection. The Whistler XTR-695SE Laser-Radar Detector has real voice alerts, digital compass, 3 city modes, external audio jack and dual alerts to warn you if multiple threats are received.
Also new with the XTR695SE is Radar Signature ID & Laser Signature ID
Radar Signature ID (RSID) indicates the frequencies used on Ka Band 33.8, 34.0, 34.3, 34.7 or 35.5 on the display when police radar alerts are detected within these common Ka speed radar windows. Alerts that fall outside of these parameters will be reported only as Ka band helping you determine which alerts are more of a risk.
. Laser Signature ID (LSID) indicates the Pulses Per Second (PPS) transmitted by Speed Laser or other forms of laser sources. With any false laser signals from some automotive active cruise control systems, for example, the unit allows you to lock out these false alerts based on the pulse rate!
